Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the platform and the services offered. By accessing or using the services, you fully agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the services, you declare that you have legal capacity and agree to these Terms. Use on behalf of a legal entity assumes that the representative has powers to bind the company.
2. Registration and account
You are responsible for the accuracy and update of the information provided and for safeguarding your access credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activities carried out with your credentials.
3. Use of the platform and license
We grant a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the platform for the contracted term.
It is forbidden to use the services for unlawful purposes, infringe third-party rights, perform reverse engineering, or send messages in breach of WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable law.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
Prices, payment methods and term are those defined in the proposal or in the hired plan.
Late payment may lead to suspension of the services, without prejudice to other penalties set out in the contract. Cancellation follows the conditions of the respective contract and the right of withdrawal, where applicable under the Consumer Protection Code.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, its brand, source code, layout and contents are protected by intellectual property law and belong to their respective owners.
Data and content you provide remain your property; the platform is granted only the license necessary to provide the services.
6. Data protection (LGPD)
The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy and Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD). As a rule, we act as processors of the data handled on behalf of the customer, who acts as controller.
7. Limitation of liability
The services are provided 'as is' and depend on third-party infrastructure. We are not liable for unavailability caused by third parties (such as WhatsApp/Meta), acts of God or force majeure.
To the extent permitted by law, especially the Consumer Protection Code, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, where the Consumer Protection Code applies, or the courts of the provider's headquarters in other cases.
